The P16 current probe has been designed for use with multimeters, recorders, power analysers, safety testers etc. for accurate non intrusive measurement of AC current. Using the latest transformer technology, the P16 can measure currents from 1A to 1600A over a frequency range of 30Hz to 10kHz. The P16 series clamp has a current output.
The P16 clamp can enclose cables with a max. diameter of 80mm.
The P16 clamp can enclose busbars 124x45mm and 101.6x55mm.

Use of the probe on uninsulated conductors is limited to 600 V ACRMS or DC and frequencies below 1kHz.
